Quadrant One Group is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2006 by a group of former C-level business executives, Information Technology professionals, and Six Sigma practitioners dedicated to helping our clients achieve dramatic and sustainable improvements to their core business processes. Our network of Professionals comes from many different disciplines which allow QOG to tailor an approach that meets the specific requirements of your business. All of our associates have known one another and worked together over the years in multiple companies. In late 2005 we had a vision of establishing a consulting company of former colleagues who had worked together with mutual respect and trust.
One major area of focus for Quadrant One Group is helping our clients achieve double-digit breakthrough results utilizing the Six Sigma approach. This structured, disciplined, data-driven approach uses sophisticated statistical techniques combined with input from front-line employees to generate real bottom line results by increasing revenue, reducing costs, eliminating errors, reducing cycle time and improving the customer’s experience. Our client partners come from many segments of the economy including healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, financial services, retail sales, textiles, chemicals, food manufacturing, automotive supply, office products and others. We measure our success by the success of our clients as outlined in our case studies.
In addition to working with our clients to achieve breakthrough results utilizing the Six Sigma approach, our experienced team of executives offers customized consulting engagements to help you improve your business. We specialize in the areas of Information Technology and Project Management. Our experience includes IT architecture and post-merger integration leadership. Quadrant One Group has advised clients in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, due diligence, restructurings, strategy, and IT architecture and systems integration. These engagements can take many forms including strategic business assessments, interim executive leadership, change management and planning, and the development of corrective action plans and coaching.
